The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor within a sleek, modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, which transforms it into a precise digital signal. This signal undergoes meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4-20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communications through a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct outputs of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile and user-friendly operation.
