The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its operational status. Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and the SIS safety system. When faults occur, the LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), identifies, and displays the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
