The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design for unparalleled performance. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming into a digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol via the D/A converter. For models utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time readings, fault alerts, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 transmitter delivers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a pinnacle of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Moreover, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
