The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design, ensuring unparalleled performance. This state-of-the-art sensor captures signals and, through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforms them into digital signals. These digital signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and reliable data.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals, superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is purely digital, with full PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal compatibility. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement procedures..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of electronic unit or measurement element damage, faulty parts can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
