The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates cutting-edge technology with precision and innovation. This advanced device incorporates a mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design, ensuring high performance and reliability. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted into a digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs linear and temperature corrections to enhance accuracy.
The ZY8000 transmitter supports HART protocol, converting the signal into a 4-20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For units equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs full digital signals directly. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexibility and control.

When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. When the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
