The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands out with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously processed in the microprocessor for linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF compatibility, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three dedicated adjustment buttons, reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and delivers control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
