The ZY8000 model offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it showcases superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000's integrated diagnostic function allows real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly indicates Err, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced on-site without the need for reconfiguration.
