Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
