The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement, thus simplifying troubleshooting and enhancing operational efficiency.

The measured pressure is transmitted remotely
via advanced transmission devices, and then conveyed to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary system. It can proficiently measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P) and is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance).
