The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: Harnessing advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design, our transmitter amplifies sensor signals via high-speed dual A/D converters. These signals are then meticulously converted into digital format, undergoing precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals are directly outputted. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are stored in two distinct EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault info, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

In case of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarm notifications can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
