The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers an outstanding basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after an impressive ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, this transmitter is engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

this product employs an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply. These features significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The combination of various materials and remote device types, along with a specialized oil filling device, maximizes transmitter accuracy and ensures overall cleanliness. The product boasts excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperature reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is fully compatible with HART protocol.
