The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge innovation that incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA, FF signal is output directly. Measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It can automatically diagnose the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
