The ZY8000 series boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a modular design. This advanced device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and converts them into digital signals using a high-speed dual A/D converter. The digital signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the robust microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For enhanced functionality, the transmitter with HART protocol converts these signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART signal via a D/A converter. Alternatively, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The essential measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters, access measurement results, identify faults, and select operation modes directly at the measurement site using the convenient 3-button interface and clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, enabling automatic diagnosis of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be replaced on-site without reconfiguration.
