The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically indicates an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
