The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter stands out by leveraging advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors coupled with a state-of-the-art modular design. The sophisticated process begins with the sensor generating a signal, which is then amplified and converted to a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element suffer damage, faulty components can be swiftly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
