The ZY8000 transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it demonstrates outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring enduring stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of defined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error message, identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, or other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
