The device features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the utmost stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. In the event of a defined fault, it triggers an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting an issue, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This feature streamlines the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them incredibly simple and efficient.
