The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology combined with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed, dual A/D conversion to transform into a pristine digital signal. This signal is then meticulously processed for linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
Equipped with HART protocol, this transmitter converts the signal into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, seamlessly superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter offers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes through the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is facilitated through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing maximum flexibility and convenience.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element malfunction, the faulty part can be directly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
