The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a phenomenal 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unwavering stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its own status in real time. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter will trigger a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
