The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting warning currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, an Err message is displayed on the LCD screen, which automatically identifies and displays the faulty unit. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced operational efficiency.
