The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of advanced engineering, featuring a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This cutting-edge transmitter seamlessly integrates a signal amplification process with a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform sensor signals into precise digital data. The microprocessor then meticulously performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Alternatively, for transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. Two separate EEPROMs meticulously store the measurement unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while simultaneously viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation mode on the LCD display. For added convenience, parameter settings can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

During a fault event, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' allowing for quick analysis and identification of the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents.
