The ZY8000 transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it adeptly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD automatically displays an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
