Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used for the start, close, pressure balance, and discharge of input signals from differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It offers ease of installation, maintenance, and online inspection of instruments, ensuring a seamless experience. The valve group can be divided into various functional categories, providing flexibility and efficiency.

Integrated Valve Group
Assemble the transmitter and valve group in the factory, followed by a comprehensive pressure and leakage test. This process minimizes on-site installation steps and eliminates potential leakage issues caused by transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Utilizes a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body, ensuring safety and durability.
· Valve Body Design
Features an integrated structure with high strength and reliability, ensuring long-term performance.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Employs hard sealing between stainless steel components, providing secure and reliable sealing.
· Valve Core
The valve core components utilize a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance, service life, and handle operation.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to reduce friction and improve sealing performance.
