The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted to a digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output combined with a HART signal by the D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct, full-digital output capabilities, delivering PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals with unerring precision. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time readings, fault information, and operation modes. Alternatively, parameter settings can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers superior basic accuracy at 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
