The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor combined with a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and converted into a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes rigorous linear and temperature correction within the sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver a full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF output. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering seamless integration and control.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sends control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be easily replaced on site without the need for recalibration.
