The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter sets the industry standard with its basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an unparalleled highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it astonishingly retains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges effortlessly. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases a sophisticated mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and are processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform into digital signals. These signals are then refined through meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the signals are transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly emit full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be effortlessly set through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err) message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This functionality ensures that the system remains reliable and easy to manage..
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics monitor the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced on-site without readjustment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
