The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This refined system amplifies sensor signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to translate them into digital signals. These digital signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For the transmitter utilizing HART protocol, the digital signals are transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters compatible with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can readily adjust parameters and access measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, with measurement results displayed on the integrated LCD screen.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance,repair, and replacement of the instrument and making the process moreconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on site without the need for recalibration.
