The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge innovation, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor along with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously calibrated for linearity and temperature within the microprocessor, ensuring optimum performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART component using a D/A converter. In models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides easy access to measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile control options.

The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitters deliver basic accuracy at 0.1% FS with a maximum of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, they maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Their robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements adeptly handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Featuring exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, the ZY8000 series ensures unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 series also includes integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences trigger the LCD display to show an 'Err' message, alongside automatic analysis and identification of the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
