ZY8000 Flange ConnectionIntelligent Pressure Transmitter
The product enables high-precision pressure measurement of gases,liquids, and other mediums. It finds extensive use in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.ZY8000 is an intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detection of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
