The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into precise digital data. Within the microprocessor, both linear and temperature corrections are meticulously applied to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver a full suite of digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters and access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes through the intuitive LCD display using the 3 adjustment buttons on-site. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
