The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of an anomaly, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' upon detecting a fault, identifying the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement, thus enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.
