The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement. This makes managing the instrument straightforward and efficient.
