The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This innovative transmitter captures signals from the sensor and amplifies them with a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming these into digital signals. The device then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections using a sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART signal through a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are safely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms represented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration..
