The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter seamlessly integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal. This digital signal is then finely tuned for linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3 adjustment buttons, and easily read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon fault detection, the LCD display immediately shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Furthermore, the diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
