The ZY8000D product enables exceptionally high-precision pressure measurement of gases,
liquids, and other mediums. It is widely used across industries including petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.
The basic accuracy of the ZY8000D intelligent transmitter is an impressive 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial cost savings on maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and delivers control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
