The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined faults, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, its LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently, ensuring seamless operations..
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. This automated diagnostic capability continuously monitors the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
