The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this marvel maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sophisticated modular design. The signal, generated by the sensor, undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform into a pristine digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, with an overlay of the HART signal, thanks to the D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF functionalities output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measured data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The system autonomously diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be immediately replaced on-site without readjustment.
