The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers extraordinary precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and an impressive highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical challenges. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sleek, modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital format. This digital signal is then meticulously refined through linear and temperature correction within the advanced microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, seamlessly integrated with HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output pristine, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Two dedicated EEPROMs store the measuring unit data and the functional parameters separately. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and precision.

The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
