The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, considerably reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.effortlessly.
The diagnostic functionality can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning currents or fault protection currents. It offers automatic diagnostics for the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
