The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology paired with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct full digital output in PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly onsite using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Moreover, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair,and replacement procedures..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms as warning or fault protection currents. Our system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement component is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
