Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used for starting, closing, pressure balancing, and discharging input signals of differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It is designed for easy installation, maintenance, and online inspection of instruments. The valve group can be divided into various configurations and structures, offering versatile performance and reliability.

Integrated Valve Group
This group assembles the transmitter and valve in the factory, followed by comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This pre-assembly significantly reduces on-site installation efforts and eliminates potential leakage during transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Featuring a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body.
· Valve Body Design
Engineered with an integrated structure, ensuring high strength and reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Offers hard sealing between stainless steel components, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
The valve core components feature a segmented structure, enhancing the sealing performance and service life of the valve group. The handling of the valve handle has also been significantly improved.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is used between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to reduce friction and enhance sealing performance.

Structure Features
The valve groups are controlled by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Each valve type, despite varying in size and markings, shares the same structural features, ensuring consistency and reliability across different functions.
