Achieving a stellar basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS), the ZY8000 maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time self-status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty component, significantly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
