With HART protocol capabilities, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range superimposed with HART signals via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter versions, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, ensuring robust data communication. The vital measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, while the LCD display provides real-time reading of measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Should predefined conditions be exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an error code (Err), automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through communication protocols such as HART, FF, and PA, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
