The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. This advanced sensor technology generates a signal that is amplified and converted into a digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication through a precise D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter variants, they deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF output signals. The measuring unit's data and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs, ensuring reliability and precision. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button interface and read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the robust LCD display. The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it transitions to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
