The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, translating to significant maintenance cost savings. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a sophisticated modular design. This powerhouse captures signals and amplifies them, utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter to transition these signals into digital form. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with HART superimposition via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF configurations deliver direct, full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored in dual EEPROMs, empowering users to directly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers real-time access to measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, users can configure parameters through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 incorporates integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. When faults occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon fault occurrence, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement tasks.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
