Introducing the ZY8000: an intelligent transmitter boasting remarkable precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this transmitter retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant cost savings in maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unmatched stability and unparalleled reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the system enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing essential control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing and diagnosing the specific faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.
