The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter offers an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the capability of reaching up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter epitomizes cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies sensor signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, it performs precise linear and temperature corrections through an integrated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters and read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly on-site via three adjustment buttons, or utilize the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Our ZY8000 model integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During faults, the LCD display automatically shows Err, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without reconfiguration.
