It employs an advanced mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a high-reliability electronic module, and a precision temperature and linear correction system. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into precise digital signals. These signals are then meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and key functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using three intuitive buttons, and they can view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest possible accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon reaching predefined thresholds of events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
