The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts exceptional precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous use, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings on maintenance. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
