The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak at 0.075% FS. Designed to last, it maintains remarkable 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and unwavering reliability.
The ZY8000 is engineered with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault manifests, the LCD display shows 'Err' and instantly identifies the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, thus enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices, which then transmit to the transmitter
through oil-filled capillaries. This device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling device maximize the accuracy of the transmitter and meet comprehensive cleanliness needs. This product ensures outstanding stability, achieving the highest accuracy at normal temperatures of up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
